3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Features

- Limited plant identifications per month

Premium Subscription

- Unlimited plant identifications

- Advanced care plans and schedules

- Disease diagnosis and treatment plans

- Priority customer support

- Ad-free experience

Subscription Terms

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal

- Payment charged to your App Store or Google Play account

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period

- No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flowly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may NOT:

- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Upload photos containing inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content

- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App

- Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

- You retain ownership of photos you upload

- You grant us license to process photos for identification purposes

- Photos are deleted immediately after processing

- You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content

6. Disclaimer and Limitations
