Welcome to the Teeth Whitening App ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

## 1. Medical Disclaimer

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The contents of the App, such as text, graphics, images, and other material contained on the App ("Content") are for informational purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your dentist, physician, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dental treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the App.

## 2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewing subscription packages ("Premium Service") that grant access to exclusive features such as personalized plans, tracking tools, and ad-free experiences.

- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

- Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

- Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

## 3. User Accounts

- You may use the App anonymously or by signing in with Apple.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

## 4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the App for any illegal purpose.

- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App.

- Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the App.

- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

## 5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

## 7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
