UVPro – Terms of Use (EN)

Please read these terms carefully before using UVPro ("Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

1) Service Description

  • The Application provides location-based weather/UV index information, offers optional photo-based skin analysis, and generates general personal protection recommendations based on this information.

2) Non-Medical Informational Content (Disclaimer)

  • Analyses, recommendations, and content in the Application are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

  • Consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional for decisions regarding skin health or sun protection.

  • The accuracy/appropriateness of Application results is not guaranteed; individual conditions and environmental factors may vary.

3) Usage Rules

  • Do not use the Application in violation of applicable laws.

  • Do not upload content that infringes on others' rights.

  • Do not abuse systems (automation, reverse engineering, etc.).

4) Subscriptions and Payments

  • Premium features are included in subscriptions and are managed through Apple App Store and RevenueCat.

  • Prices, plans, and promotions may vary by region.

  • Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies; refund processes are handled by the App Store.

5) Third-Party Services

  • Subscription: RevenueCat and Apple App Store.

  • Weather/UV data: OpenWeatherMap.

  • Storage and analysis infrastructure: Supabase (Storage, database, Edge Functions).

The terms and privacy policies of these third parties also apply.

6) Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the Application, trademarks, and content belong to RL Apps or its licensors.

  • Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without permission is prohibited.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." No express or implied warranties are given (including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).

8) Limitation of Liability

  • RL Apps is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application. In some jurisdictions, these limitations may be partially invalid; in such cases, the maximum applicable limit under current law applies.

9) Account and Data

  • If you want permanent deletion of photo and analysis records, contact contact@rlapps.io. The "Clear Data" option in the Application only clears on-device data.

10) Termination

  • Access to the service may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of terms, fraudulent, or abusive use.

11) Changes

  • Terms may be updated from time to time. We may notify you of significant changes through the application or by updating this document. Continued use of the Application means you accept the changes.

12) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • The terms are subject to the law of the country where the publisher is established, with local consumer protection provisions reserved. In disputes, the competent courts are those in the publisher's place of residence.
